A company is looking for a Senior Executive Compensation &
Equity Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the development and implementation of executive compensation
and equity strategies
Support the executive compensation process, including board
materials and SEC filings
Conduct market studies to ensure internal equity and external
competitiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Math,
Economics, or a related field
6+ years of experience in broad-based or executive compensation
Experience with equity compensation administration platforms
Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building
skills
Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for dynamic modeling and
analysis
