Job Description:
Must have expert Knowledge in Quick Books Pro and also be
proficient on a Macintosh computer systems. The candidate should
have extensive QB experience:
Working with multiple client files, paying bills, bank recs,
adjusting journal entries, creating new company file in QB,
preparing financial statements, inter-company loan reconciliations,
credit card downloads. Patient, efficient and fast worker and error
free will be keys to success in this dynamic organization. Will be
responsible for bookkeeping, creating client files and creating
